Meet Claudia: 

Claudia is a talent professional with a working command of seven languages and experience scaling teams in high-growth technology companies. She is currently based in Amsterdam and empowers Europe-based teams at Via, a SaaS scale-up enabling efficient, equitable and affordable public transportation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is passionate about anti-racism, mental health, women in technology and LGBTQ+ realities.

Chris focused on building People First Leaders, Chris Lin believes true transformation only comes when we prioritize people over profits. As the Founder of Leading People First, the lead of Learning at Indelible Impressions and Iron Ox, Chris is committed to the development and success not only for individuals, but for the communities they reside in. Chris has worked with a variety of companies from startups to government organizations to nonprofits to build their capability around equity, inclusion, belonging, talent, and change.

Olia found her passion in education and development and her mission in making people happier by elevating their lives and careers. She dedicated many years of her professional career exploring the inevitable impact of learning and development within personal & professional life, helping reputable global companies boost their operational efficiency by establishing forward-thinking employee experience & development strategies learned around the globe. As a continuatioon of her mission Olia launced 360 Transformers, focused on partnering with the best experts in each area and transforming businesses by connecting them with the right experts in order to reach their optimum operational capacity via employee learning and development.
